MAPIT-HF

A prospective cohort study evaluating the role of scar and dysynchrony by MRI relative to lead delivery location. Participants received a comprehensive baseline and serial follow-up at 3, 6, and 12 months of patients undergoing CRT. Participants receive a MRI at baseline, an echocardiogram at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months, a CT at 3 months, as well as a quality of life assessment and a 6 minute hall walk at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months.
